Forty eight minutes of some of the most beautiful flatwater river and swamp scenery you will find anywhere. The super saturated colors are outstanding. The tape has narration and soft appropriate background music.  I have attempted to make the best and most informative tape I could possibly make.

The Video begins, Canoeing in the Okefenokee swamp (the headwaters of the river) then moves on to the 16 day trip down the river.  Beginning at Fargo, Georgia, it covers the most scenic parts of the river, including the beautiful white sugar-sand sandbars that make excellent campsites, and takes you all the way to the town of Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico. 

  It has good coverage of the "Big Shoals" rapids and the superb campsite just below the rapids. It also shows the portage, upper and lower (below the campsite), Kayakers playing below the rapids,  launching  canoes into the fast moving water just below the rapids. There is much general coverage and lots of breath taking scenery.

    I know of no other canoeing video anywhere that offers nearly as much beautiful scenery and useful information.  This tape goes  'hand in hand' with the book. Each compliments the other. With this tape, you can actually see many of the places and things covered in the book.
